Hyphenate your way to retirement

Posted Tuesday, March 09, 2010

When Ben Player sought to publicly share the enjoyment of a new contract with NMD he couldn’t have foreseen the trouble. A simple message intended to publicise the news of his re-signing became a farewell message from the ex-champ when he dropped the hyphen and it became “Resigned with NMD”. Before he’d had to time to clear it Riptide had re-posted and the conspiracies soon followed.

Anyone who knows anything much about english & structure of sentences would see that the hyphen is just missing. If they really meant resigned, it would be resigned FROM nmd.
